7.If we buy your products, do we need to assemble or fit by ourselves?
We can either provide the assembled or flat-pack packaging, we can arrange the drawings, or online guidance of installation, these will give you reasonable suggestions and technical guidance according to the structure and characteristics of the product.
8.How to transport to our side?
1) For individual customer,First, please place the order online directly following the steps to confirm it. Secondly, please pay the money according to the notice online. Third, please stay at home to wait for your products coming soon.
2) For wholesaler/Agent,Please contact and confirm the detail of your preference joinery with our sales engineer. We would like to help you to confirm the prototypes and all details with drawings. We also could help you to ship the cabinets by containers.
3)If you are a builder working on the projects,We are also happy to help you with full house furniture customization solution. According to the installation schedule we are flexible to ship the cabinets by containers.
9.How to deal the damage when we get the products?
If there are any damages when you receiving the products, please take photos first and showing what the damages are, Call us or email us at any time, Our after-sales team will reply you in 24 hours.We will help to solve the problems if the damage could be fixed at your side. If not, we would also like to replace any defected products by us.
10.if some days later we find the products have problems like deformation,cracking ,or destroy with its own reason ,how to solve the problem?
Please also take photos first to show us what are the defects are. Our engineer will help you to fix the problem by videos. If the damages are confirmed to be caused by our reason, all replacements will be ship to you directly soon.If the damages are caused you, we are also would like to help with replacement at a discount price.
